DONATION REQUEST

At Lazlo’s Brewery & Grill, we are dedicated to supporting a number of nonprofit organizations in our communities, such as the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, League of Human Dignity, the Food Bank of Lincoln, Lighthouse and the Historic Haymarket. We recognize there are many more worthy causes doing great work in our communities; therefore we extend an invitation to allow your request for donation.

Please be aware that we are unable to fulfill every request due to the large volume of donation solicitations we receive each year. To make a request for a donation, please follow the guidelines below.

Guidelines:

  1. Lazlo’s Brewery & Grill, Empyrean Brewing Company, and FireWorks Restaurant are able to donate gift cards, gift baskets, food, beverages, merchandise and meeting space to nonprofit organizations. We do not provide sponsorships, scholarships or monetary donations.
  2. Requests will be accepted only through the online application form below (preferred) or in writing on official letterhead that includes all the information as requested in the form below. Mail to Lazlo Inc. Charitable Contributions, 729 Q Street, Lincoln, NE 68508.
  3. The requesting organization should be a 501(c)3 nonprofit or equivilant operating in Nebraska.
  4. It is preferred that donation recipient’s fall within a 15 mile radius of a Lazlo's Brewery & Grill or FireWorks Restaurant location.
  5. Requests must be submitted a minimum of six (6) weeks prior to the scheduled event date/date of need.
